Administrating Human Resource Benefits
Understanding multi-locations
Responsible for reviewing all payroll tax reports prepared by the payroll company
Tracking Vacation and Sick time of balances
Unemployment responses to agencies
Understand and implement Employee Handbook policies
Understand and communicate health insurance plans to employees
Preparing monthly spreadsheets for internal transfers
QuickBooks bank reconciliation and data input
Accounting support including filing and phone assistance
