Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll for 300+ employees accurately and in a timely manner
- Utilize 10 key typing skills to input data efficiently
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and timekeeping systems.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate employee data and payroll information
-Prepare reports for review of Payroll and Bonus payments and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with general ledger reconciliation related to payroll accounts
- Manage and process accounts payable related to payroll, including taxes, benefits, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations and requirements
Skills:
- Payroll experience required - Employee will be fully trained -
- Proficient use of computer systems including Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyze payroll data and identify discrepancies or errors
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes as they relate to payroll functions
