Compensation is consistent with experience. The present average range is between $32,500-$37,500 depending on experience. Training will be provided.
Candidates should have excellent organizational, writing and communication skills.

Duties Include, but not Limited to:
Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management;- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and
- Coordinate Open Enrollments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs;
- Annual review of all renewals of benefits;
- Respond to Human Resources-related inquiries;
- Timecard management for all employees and processing of entire payroll (ADP WFN platform), which includes 401(k) uploads;
- Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies;
- Administer new employee onboarding and orientation, and coordination of training with management;
- Develop and maintain talent management processes;
- Collaborate with the Exec. Committee to develop effective recruitment strategies;
- Maintain employee personnel records;
- Misc. administrative duties to assist the Exec. Dir. and Partners.
Education & Experience:
College Graduate;- Prior experience in a law firm preferred.
