• This is a part-time position, up to 24 hours per week.

What You Will Do

• Perform duties to process weekly payroll ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all prevailing laws and regulations.
• Responsible for updating and distributing weekly/monthly reports to HR and Finance teams.

· Calculate and track all deductions for benefits, wage assignments or garnishments, doubling deductions when necessary to keep employees current.

· Reviewing new hires and terms in ADP for accuracy.

• Respond to employee and manager inquiries.
• Ability to adhere to strict timeline, pay attention to detail, and keep strict confidentiality.
• Additional responsibilities
• Comply with all API Heat Transfer policies related to acceptable workplace behavior.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years payroll experience working independently processing exempt and non-exempt payrolls across multiple states.
• Must be proficient in Word, and Excel.
• Experience with ADP Workforcenow preferred.

Pay Range for this position is $30/hour - $35/hour.
