Patient Scheduler

For Speciality Medical Office. Responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling patient surgeries and treatment determined by providers. Obtains prior authorization if necessary. Answers incoming phone calls, schedules appointments and routes calls to appropriate staff.

Must have a high level of customer service skills, pleasant phone voice with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Prior medical office experience required. Salary depends on experience.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
