- Schedule: Five 8 shifts M-F between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position monitors, coordinates, and reports on the flow of the calls that are coming into the practice along with supporting the communication technology of the practice. This position also assists with acting as a key communication and scheduling representative for incoming calls into the practice and outbound calls, patient portal scheduling requests and website inquiries. This position serves as the team lead supporting the communications team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- In addition to the duties as a Centralized Patient Scheduler, works with supervisor to lead the workflow of the team.
- Works with supervisor to identify and maintain certain level of calls in queue.
- Supports adds, moves, and changes within the phone system on the Intermedia.
- Assist with the research and investigation through the Intermedia/Miarec system on TCC incoming or outgoing calls.
- Monitors new patient orders.
- Monitors the inbox for nuclear orders.
- Monitors the website inquiries.
- Assists in Training new hires and instructs new hire orientation Scheduling Training
- Receive API/after-hours email and work/delegate incoming messages.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Two years of experience as a telephone receptionist/customer service rep.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree preferred.
Two years of experience in a call center preferred.
