Patient Scheduling Specialist (BILINGUAL)

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a BILINGUAL detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our team at Elite Vein Clinic. As a Scheduler Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing appointments for our medical office and maintain extensive tracking records via spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administrative support and be familiar with medical scheduling systems. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent patient care from the start of their journey with us through the end.

```Responsibilities```
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Follow UP and manage patients to get them back on schedule
- Confirm appointments with patients via phone or email
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents
- Collaborate with other office staff to ensure efficient workflow

**possible in person coverage willingness a PLUS if we were to need coverage at our front desk for patient check in and check out, tracking, etc**

```Qualifications``` **BILINGUAL**
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar administrative role
- Proficient in using office software and phone systems
- Knowledge of medical scheduling systems such as eClinicalWorks or Epic is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
