Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, updating and organizing documents.
- Collaborate with team members to support office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or Office Assistant role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
