Your tasks:

• You enjoy working with customers and have a high level of customer orientation
• You like working in a team and are responsible
• You have good logical thinking skills and are solutionoriented
• You have an open and reliable personality
• You are motivated, flexible, and have a quick grasp
• You have a high level of resilience and are very reliable
• Aboveaverage completed commercial training
• Knowledge of English is desirable
• First experience in order processing and handling customs documents
• Knowledge of ERP programs (currently Sage KHK Office Line 100)
• Experience in the field of Freight Forwarding and exports
• You respond to customer inquiries: order processing orderrelated

- from acceptance, creation & confirmation, to planning of shipment and invoicing
