The Assistant Operations Manager - Front Office will have oversight of the FRONT OFFICE staff, cash control for hosts, staffing needs, and guest services. Responsibilities include training, staff development and scheduling. Additional responsibilities may also include assisting in overseeing any area in the Rooms and F&B Operations Divisions. This can include Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Outlets.

SALARY

Salary range for this position is $56,300 - $78,700. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.\

Qualifications

  • One-year minimum experience in a Front Office Supervisory role is required
  • Opera, Reserve, and Colleague Advantage experience is preferred
  • Previous experience in training, scheduling, and processing payroll is preferred
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Open/Flexible availability is required, this includes all shifts (morning, mid, and night), weekends, and holidays
