Front Desk Office Assistant

Fenner Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa is the premier destination for discerning patients and clients in Chicagoland and beyond. The Front Desk Associate is the first point-of-contact for patients and clients visiting our state of the art Office, Medical Spa and Surgical Center. (In search of full-time and part-time receptionists.)

The ideal candidate for this very important role should possess:

· A positive attitude.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills, in person and over the telephone.

· Ability to multi-task, remain organized and prioritize work.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) coupled with the ability to learn new computer systems.

· Ability to remain calm and upbeat in sometimes hectic circumstances.

Responsibilities:

· Answer phones and direct calls.

· Provide patients and guests with a hospitable experience.

· Assist in handling office requests for appointments, consults, and other tasks that require attention.

· Coordinate flow of patients.

· Turn-over exam rooms.

Requirements:

· A high-school diploma. Some college preferred.

· Experience in customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
