```Duties```
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Data entry
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
```Requirements```
- Computer experience and legible handwriting is a must
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience is beneficial
-Reliable transportation and at least 3 work references
