We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, managing incoming calls and emails, organizing files, and assisting with other office duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and assist them through our process
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Prepare reports and other documents as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
