Position: Bookkeeper/Office Assistant
Description: Office Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Performs all bookkeeping and accounting jobs for the business. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Reports to: Management
Skills:
- Answer phone and direct calls as required.
- Maintain filing and storage systems in the office.
- Greet customers and vendors upon arrival and direct them to appropriate offices.
- Maintain office supply inventory.
- Retrieve documents and files when requested
- Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
- Accounting duties
- Create, edit, and update spreadsheets
- Operates office equipment such as printers, copy machines, fax machines.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Assist with AirB&B duties.
- Maintain sub-contractor’s paperwork.
- Calling on customers for job satisfaction.
- Calling on customers for overdue balances.
Qualified candidates will have:

- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with mobile technology
- Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
