Duties:
Be the main contact for all phone calls.
Assist HR with recruiting and onboarding.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Oversee the stocking and ordering of office supplies.
Assist in the maintenance of office equipment.
Provides other assistance as needed.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat and Windows.
Efficiency, attention to detail and organization.
Ability to deliver accurate results while meeting deadlines.
Ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, including oral, written (memos and emails) and presentation skills.
One year’s experience working in an office setting preferred. We will train the right candidate.
Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour and up, based on experience
