Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and concerns
- Assist in payroll processes
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of HR databases
- Support change management initiatives within the organization
- Assist with project management for HR and Payroll/Accounting-related projects
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws/regulations preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
