Goodside Health is currently seeking a Payroll & People Operations (HR) Coordinator to join our corporate team in Fort Worth, TX. This is a junior-level role with potential growth opportunity for the ideal candidate. This position is a hybrid role.
The Payroll & People Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organization's payroll processes while providing general people operations/human resources support to our team members company wide. This includes the administration of a bi-weekly payroll as well as ad-hoc pay runs when necessary while remaining cross-trained to support other people operations/human resources support services such as talent acquisition, benefits, and other basic support needs.
Goodside Health began as Urgent Care for Kids, our pediatric urgent care line of business, and was founded in 2011. We have since launched our telehealth line, Virtual Care for Families and our novel SchoolMed program with an aim to advance the delivery of pediatric care--providing age-appropriate care from compassionate providers right when they need it. Today, our Urgent Care for Kids Clinics operate in 12 locations across Texas and our SchoolMed program proudly serves more than 1.1 million eligible students and their campus communities through our telehealth and well care programs.

Requirements:Essential Functions
- Performs periodic audits of Payroll and HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Reviews and approves employee changes in the HRIS
- Ensures that all Payroll and HR related changes in the HRIS are captured promptly to meet payroll deadlines.
- Responds to general Payroll and HR email inquiries.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource and payroll files, records, and documentation in the Company's HRIS.
- Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system; information may include employee's hourly rates, salaries, or other compensation, time worked, unpaid leave, paid time off accruals, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource and payroll files and records.
- Provides clerical support to the Payroll and HR Departments.
- Distributes reports to local management and corporate leadership as needed.
- Supports Talent Acquisition and Benefits, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), exceptional interpersonal skills and strong interviewing abilities.

- Detail-oriented, excellent prioritization and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years' experience in payroll, human resources, or both.
- Some post-secondary education (preferred).
- Associate or bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
We are pleased to share the annual base salary range for this position is $42,500 to $50,000.
If you are hired at Goodside Health, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role, and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical to allow for future salary growth.
