Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanorManage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about our servicesCheck-in and register clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accuratelyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk and waiting areaAssist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing patient recordsCollaborate with the medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional customer serviceHandle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a medical office or spa setting preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office , Excell , Booking system PatientNOW Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulationsA positive attitude and willingness to learn
