Job Title: Front Desk Associate

Overview:
At Intero Chiropractic, we're seeking a dynamic Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our practice. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in retail leadership or customer-facing positions, who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel in creating positive interactions. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient clinic operations and delivering exceptional patient care experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Extend a warm and professional welcome to patients, setting the tone for their visit.
• Manage patient appointments with precision, including scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Handle administrative tasks such as patient record management and billing accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize retail experience to maintain smooth clinic operations and ensure responsiveness to patient needs.
• Leverage your customer service expertise to enhance patient satisfaction and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to uphold our commitment to excellent patient care.

• Previous experience in retail leadership or customer-facing roles, demonstrating a passion for exceptional service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
