Pay: $18.00/hr + incentives

Work Hours: Full or part time opportunities available! Multiple shifts offered.
Primary Job Function: Responsible for handling customer calls and routing to the appropriate department or paging personnel as necessary. To give office support to entire company as needed using a variety of computer and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Superior customer Service Skills
- Professional communication; written and verbal
- Well organized and the ability to work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multi task and strong attention to detail
- Capable of working in a fast paced environment
- Collaborates well with others
