Join our team at Truly Nolen as a part-time Customer Service Representative. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional Customer Service and support to our clients. This role will primarily involve handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general office tasks.
Part-time, 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

*Responsibilities:*
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Schedule service appointments and provide customers with necessary information
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes
- Collaborate with technicians and management to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform general office duties as needed

*Qualifications:*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Customer Service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with office software
- Previous Customer Service experience is preferred
