Overview: As a professional community administrator at Grand Brook Memory Care, the
Administration Manager is responsible for the day to day operations and is part of a team that strives to care for and support their residents and their families the same way they would care for their own loved ones.
Job Description: The Administration Manager will provide a broad variety of professional and courteous support to the community staff, residents and clients. Responsibilities range from participation in all business related functions, greeting all community visitors and serves as an assistant to the Executive Director. This position will maintain and organize community file systems; answer and respond to routine calls; while safeguarding confidential or sensitive material.
Other tasks (not an all-inclusive list) include:
- Facilitates and coordinates programs, events and meetings designed to keep memory care residents engaged in meaningful communication and daily activities.
- Promptly notifies management of resident care needs and emergency situations.
- Assists with community newsletters, activity calendars, and processing service requests and purchase orders.
- Performs special projects as required as well as other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent.
- Experience: Six (6) months administrative role experience preferably in a senior living industry. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality, excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Other: Dedication to serve seniors with passion and excellent customer service. Flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents, clients and staff, with the ability to work in a team environment. Ability to read, write, speak and interpret English.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
