PT Administrative Assistant
Keystone Wood Specialties is a family-owned wholesale wood components manufacturer serving the custom cabinet, furniture and remodeling industries for over 50 years.
Keystone is currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant. This position is responsible for processing payroll, maintaining employee records, benefits administration, and general administrative duties. Duties also includes data entry, filing and assisting accounting department as needed. Prior clerical experience a plus.
This is a part-time position working 15-20 hours per week. Hours could fluctuate higher based on workload. Position shift is Monday - Wednesday but flexibility is available.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Experience with Mac computers or Microsoft Office Suite.
· Payroll experience.
· Accounting experience a plus.
