We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role you would be responsible for providing sales-related support to sales staff and completing administrative tasks related to operational activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure an overall positive customer experience
- Bridge internal and client communication
- Responsible for sales call inquiries related to product questions, shipments, etc.
- Follow-up on purchase order issues related to pricing, order tracking, etc.
- Creates and maintains reports for daily sales, and other monthly and quarterly reports as needed
- Receive, reconcile, and process invoices for payment
- Post payments to general ledger
- Updates sales check log
- Other duties as assigned
Profile Requirements
- Minimum two years’ experience in a customer service role in a deadline driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience creating and maintaining reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
