Adecco is hiring immediately for an Admin Assistant in Tempe, AZ. As an Admin Assistant you will take calls, manage front desk, and provide issue resolution for walk-in traffic at a recruiting office. The primary responsibility of this role are to be the first point of contact and provide administrative support across the branch.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Strong computer skills
Ability to remain calm and provide excellent customer service
Answer and direct phone call
Manage office calendar
Assist with other admin task such at appointment confirmations and data entry
Proven admin or assistant experience
Attention to detail and problem solving skill
Bilingual – Spanish a plus!
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication
Willingness to learn and develop skills in recruitment

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
