Admin Assistant

DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client . . As a family-owned staffing company, we are dedicated to finding quality employment candidates and matching their talents to our clients.

As an Administrative you will assist the office manager with daily responsibilities. Strong administrative skills a MUST in order to make management decisions. You will process orders via phone and email, must type 50 plus wpm, data entry(excel) and some light accounting.

• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email, and faxes
• Create and maintain records, databases, and files
• Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports
• Provide administrative support to team members and clients as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred (2 years)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Medium proficiency in Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to type 50wpm
