Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our attorneys to support a variety of legal matters. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Assisting with case preparation and trial support
- Managing and organizing case files and documents
- Communicating with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Providing administrative support to attorneys as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
- Strong research and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Would prefer someone bilingual Spanish seeking
