SalaryJoin our team at Manley Orthodontics and be part of an innovative and patient-focused practice dedicated to transforming smiles. We are seeking a detail-oriented Orthodontic Records Technician who is passionate about providing exceptional care and maintaining accurate patient records.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome new patients to the practice with a positive attitude
- Take, manage and organize patient records, including x-rays, photos, 3D scans, impressions and 3D printing.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all patient information in both physical and electronic formats.
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of the orthodontic lab.
- Collaborate with the orthodontic team to prepare materials required for patient treatment.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling patient information.
- Utilize orthodontic software and other tools proficiently to input and retrieve patient data.
- Support admin duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an orthodontic or dental office setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in handling Orthodontic Records and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of orthodontic software systems is a plus.
- Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and other documents related to correctional records.
