We have an opening at our U.S. headquarters located in Lewis Center (north of Columbus) for Full Time Order Entry Customer Service Representative. Dexxxon Digital Storage is a small wholesale distribution center specializing in removable storage media such flash drives, SD cards, SSD, tape and custom services such as repackaging and barcoding.
The Order Entry Customer Service Representative position is responsible for a seamless operational customer experience. This position will focus on maintaining and executing operational processes designed to ensure accurate and efficient order processing and an exceptional overall customer experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Day to day operational support of the DDSI Sales Service Team:
- Ensuring that all DDSI customers receive high-quality, fast, friendly communication by, phone, email and any other communication tools as needed.
- Communicating accurate information to DDSI Customers and to any relevant internal teams.
- Customer order entry into the ERP system.
- Supporting customers with product, availability, and pricing information.
- Connecting customers with relevant team members when questions, concerns, issues or opportunities arise that may require the involvement of other departments and/or escalation.
- Validate pricing and enter Bids/Meet Comps into ERP system.
Work closely with Sales Account Managers and Outside Sales Representatives to organize, track and communicate necessary information between departments (Sales, Credit, IT, Procurement, Logistics).
Support sales in identifying and qualifying sales leads. This may involve researching company contacts, reaching out via phone and email, and updating pertinent information for sales to move forward with the sales process.
Monitor and manage sales representative email inbox while out of office, checking for questions, issues, and orders, and replying in a timely manner.
Work closely with Product Management and Sales to facilitate seamless order delivery for high-impact/high-risk customers including order-flow and shipment monitoring.
Support Sales and Product Management with various weekly report requirements including but not limited to market price tracking, customer specific forecasts, product availability, back-orders, and customer inventory/sell-through monitoring.
Support Sales and Product Management in preparation of customer documentation related to product creation, customer setup, product testing protocols, factory audits, compliance/penalty mitigation, etc.
Interface with Logistics and IT to ensure shipments are routed and labeled according to customer specific requirements.
Communicate order preparation and shipping timelines to Logistics to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate with IT to ensure, that we meet all customer EDI requirements including Advanced Shipment Notifications (ASN).
Review, distribute to stakeholders, and maintain up-to-date customer folders with all customer related paperwork including setup documents, agreements, and Vendor Purchasing Agreements (VPAs).
Assist with preparation and execution of DDSI presence at tradeshows including but not limited to, preparation of material shipments and assist in preparation of marketing materials for tradeshow events.
Review, identify, and communicate process inefficiencies with regard to accuracy, quality and timeliness of order entry, when encountered, in order to improve customer satisfaction.
Hands-on support as needed with labeling, customer display preparation, packaging, etc.
Organize and maintain sample stock.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
An Order Entry Customer Service team member must be analytical, creative, energetic and self-motivated. This position will be involved with many aspects of sales and marketing and must be customer oriented. They must be an able to maximize their potential and coordinate with other departments covering Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Logistics.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 1-3 years of experience in sales support or customer service
COMPUTER SKILLS:
· Must have excellent computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
· Ability to review, analyze and summarize data.
TRAVEL:
· Very limited travel may be required to customer events and tradeshows. Less than 5% annually.
