We are hiring a full time Patient Coordinator for those with a flexible schedule, willing to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
Our busy office requires a talented Patient Coordinator to facilitate patient flow for our doctors and opticians. Our team works together to provide top quality exams and eye wear in a stylish and fun environment.
As a retail-based location, this position includes some evenings and weekends and general scheduling flexibility. Please indicate in a cover letter why you feel that you would be a great fit for our practice.
Responsibilities:
- Running pre-testing equipment on patients before their eye exam with the Optometrist
- Checking our Patients in and out
- Authorizing insurance for patient visits and eyewear
- Assist opticians in required office work
- Confirm patient appointments
- Maintaining patient files/records
- Light cleaning responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
