Position Overview:
As our Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience from the moment they reach out to us. You will greet patients with a warm smile, assist with scheduling appointments, provide information about our services, and ensure that each patient feels welcomed and cared for throughout their visit. Additionally, you will support our team in maintaining a smooth and efficient Front Desk operation.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other inquiries with prompt and courteous responses
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records using our software system
- Provide information about our services, promotions, and treatment options
- Coordinate with our team to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient operations
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Uphold our standards of excellence in patient care and service delivery
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a healthcare or spa environment
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends, with a creative eye for engaging content creation
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive social media plans to achieve business objectives
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- A genuine passion for helping others and creating positive experiences for our patients
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or related field
OR
- Proven experience or AAS/BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
