The perfect candidate for this position is a detail-oriented professional who is able to work independently and make quick decisions on the job. The qualified candidate will be capable of working in a busy and chaotic environment and must have prior experience coordinating patients' schedules, making sure offices are properly stocked, and must also have strong communication skills. Sales, customer service, and direct to client experiences are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from patients, referring offices (dentists, doctors), and other sources
- Schedule patients for appointments - including rescheduling, following up on schedules.
- Collect payment, calculate payment, provide estimates for patients for their care
- Communicate with other offices regarding continuity of Patient Care
- Communicate with doctors internally within the office about Patient Care as well as other team members
- Keep office organized, clean and patient friendly
- Assist with public relations efforts guided by the coordinators
- Assist with patient treatment plans guided by the coordinators/doctors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
