Salary*This position will be primarily based in Plymouth, and on occasion in Maple Grove, MN but may infrequently be asked to work in our Orono or Chaska offices*
Kottemann Orthodontics is an upscale, patient and team centered orthodontic practice with four offices in the western suburbs. We are seeking a highly skilled patient coordinator who is able to multi task with grace and ease. Responsibilities: All aspects of patient scheduling, office communication and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications: At least one year of experience as a front office scheduling coordinator. Excellent verbal skills and strong organizational skills. You MUST be outgoing, engaging, a self-starter, and take pride in your work. Experience with Dental Practice Management software and or Dolphin Management a plus.
