Spherion Staffing of Fort Myers is hiring a Front Desk Associate for a mental health facility in Fort Myers, FL. This is a temp-to-perm position and being bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

-Serves as point of access for all inquiries and contacts, responding to all requests in a respectful, efficient and effective manner. ...

-Successfully registers new patients into the electronic health record.
- Accurately checks patients out, scheduling follow-up appointments, if appropriate.
-Customarily greets patients, both in person and by telephone, providing assistance utilizing excellent customer service skills.
-Routinely assists with satisfaction data collection via the patient satisfaction survey and other requested surveys.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
