A legal administration firm in Downtown Seattle is seeking Call Center Representatives to assist callers through the class action lawsuit process. It is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with an employer who invests in your success – they provide paid training and multiple paths for career advancement!
Call Center Representative Job Duties:
- Respond to inbound phone calls and emails
- Provide information about legal case settlement details, payment notifications, etc.
- Follow scripts to answer questions
- Data entry and document call details
A passion for customer service, strong phone and computer skills, and a desire to learn will help you succeed in this role!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Call Center Representative Qualifications:
- 1+ years of recent work experience in an office setting
- Experience in phone-based customer service
- Strong communication skill, both written and spoken
- Fast and accurate data entry
Pay: $21.00/hour
