Call Center Representative – Call Center Department at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA.
Under the general direction of the Call Center Coordinator KC or appropriate Practice Administrator/Manager, provides telephone support to the clinics by answering patient calls; Accesses the Epic system; Creates in basket messages; and performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of Customer service experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Clerical, medical, and Call Center/phone work experience.
