We are a busy Law Firm looking for sales and performance-based individuals for an Intake Coordinator position, supporting operations for numerous markets around the country. As an Intake Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and responsible for client onboarding. The potential candidate must have a high energy level and be able to handle multiple tasks at once all the while thriving in a fast-paced & upbeat environment.
The position offers a competitive benefits package with medical, dental, vision, 401K, etc. Compensation Includes a base salary of $20/hourly plus bonus plus overtime and a performance-based bonus package.
Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Fielding inbound calls and web-generated leads from potential clients on a high-volume base.
2. Collecting and entering data into our case management system upon requesting the appropriate information. After collection, the facts of potential claims will be used to evaluate whether or not the criteria for representation has been met.
3. Presents information to the potential client regarding their option for legal representation.
4. Sets appointments to meet (remotely) with clients and finalize retentions. Making accommodations and problem-solving skills are key.
5. Reviewing legal documents with clients, communicating with and supporting additional departments to make transitions for our clients smooth, and all other actions pertinent to the intake process.

2. Supports the organization's quality assurance program(s).
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred: Experience, 1-year Call Center, 1-year door to door and/or 1-year sales experience
