Pay Rate: $18/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm (NO weekends!)

Temporary for 2 months with possibility for extension and/or Direct Hire

What's a typical day as a Call Center Representative?

+ Calling previous donors

+ Scheduling calendar appointments

+ Data Entry

+ Appointment confirmation

Requirements and Qualifications:

+ Prior Call Center experience (highly preferred)

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Familiar with computer software including Microsoft Office

+ Friendly with an upbeat attitude
