Call Center Representative

Lee Johnson Auto Family is looking to add another Call Center Representative to our team. We have a dedicated group of professionals that help our service department schedule appointments. We are dedicated to providing quality customer service by having live employees that work with our service team every day to answer questions on status, availability, and services. This position is Tuesday-Saturday set schedule with pay starting at $17.50 and a bonus structure based on service appointments. Our current employees are averaging another $3 an hour after bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Provide information about the products and services.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Follow changing guidelines through thorough communication with all departments.
• Computer Skills Needed.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
