This position is Tuesday-Saturday set schedule with pay starting at $17.50 and a bonus structure based on service appointments. Our current employees are averaging another $3 an hour after bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide information about the products and services.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Follow changing guidelines through thorough communication with all departments.
- Computer Skills Needed.

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
