This Guest Service Representative position is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity that offers weekly pay, a set schedule, and paid hands-on training with a mentor.

Guest Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Take inbound phone calls related to guest purchases and order management
- Help guests place orders over the phone
- Accurately document notes in guests' accounts
- Track and manage orders
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and related issues
Guest Service Representative Requirements:
- 1+ year recent customer service experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Experience
- Previous experience operating a multi-line phone system Ability to multi-task
A passion for customer service, strong phone and computer skills, along with a desire to learn, will help you succeed as a Guest Service Representative!

- Sunday-Monday, Thursday-Saturday 5:55AM-2:25PM (off Tuesday and Wednesday)
- Sunday-Monday, Thursday-Saturday 7:30AM-4:00PM (off Tuesday and Wednesday)
- Sunday-Monday, Wednesday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM (off Tuesday and Saturday)
- Sunday-Monday, Wednesday-Friday 5:55AM-2:25PM (off Tuesday and Saturday)
- Sunday- Tuesday, Friday-Saturday 5:55AM-2:25PM (off Wednesday and Thursday)
- Sunday- Tuesday, Friday-Saturday 7:30AM-4:00PM (off Wednesday and Thursday)

Pay: $20.00 per hour
