EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
- Related associate degree; or
- High school graduate and five years of related clerical and computer experience; or
- An equivalent combination of education and work experience
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: 12 months
SALARY: Salary Grade 59, Office Support III

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform the usual office routines and practices associated with a busy yet productive and efficient office.
- Fingerprint new employees and volunteers.
- Create employee identification badges.
- Assist with onboarding for all new employees.
- Use Human Resources Management System (HRMS) as needed.
- Welcomes visitors, fields general inquiries regarding personnel matters, and directs inquiries to appropriate staff members.
- Maintain all Human Resources documentation in employee personnel files.
- Provide support for the multi-line switchboard when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- The ability to be physically active, which includes, but is not limited to, standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, sitting, walking.
- Ability to reach with hands and arms routinely.
- Ability to operate technology for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to carry furniture such as tables and chairs, supplies, and materials.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds routinely and 30 pounds occasionally.
- The ability to maintain composure in difficult situations.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in English.
