- Answer incoming phone calls and retrieve messages
- Establishing accounts for new customers
- Closing customer accounts and cancelling service
- Process and help handle customer complaints
- Monitor and Distribute email messages to appropriate team members
- Open/close business office on an as needed basis
- Conduct mail runs to the local Post Office
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned and needed
```Experience```
- Proven experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of clerical procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
