Who we are looking for:
We are in search of an exceptional individual to manage our patient’s experience and assist in their care in the office. Duties will include building relationships and rapport with each patient to provide an amazing experience, assisting directly with the chiropractors to ensure proper patient flow in our open concept environment, creating a high energy, uplifting atmosphere, adding value to each patient interaction, and impacting the lives of our community.

The person best suited for this role will be outgoing, willing to learn new things, able to receive feedback and make adaptive changes, and have a high ability to multi-task.

Requirements:
Ability to multi task and stay extremely organized
Desire to be a team player- drama, negativity, defensiveness and closed-mindedness are not tolerated
Willingness to improve
Must be outgoing and willing to communicate with each person that walks into the office
Responsibilities:
Greeting, talking with and educating every patient.
Assisting office flow.
Opening and updating patient charts for the Chiropractors.
Insurance Verifications.
Assist patients with active and passive therapies.
Communicator between Patients, Doctors and Care Coordinator.

Hours:
Monday- 1:15pm-6:30pm
Tuesday- 7:00am-12:30pm
Wednesday- 7:00am-12:30p / 1:45pm - 6:30pm
Thursday- 1:00pm-6:30pm
Friday- 7:00am-12:30pm
