SUMMARY
The Endpoint User Computing Administrator will act as a tier 3 resource to help implement projects and resolve issues for employees using SCCM and supporting toolsets. This candidate will work on a diverse team responsible for end-user computing technology and remote access.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Experience with building, maintaining, and deploying standardized, current images of various Operating Systems on multiple HW platforms using zero the ouch imaging
· Strong knowledge of the Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
· Strong knowledge of Group Policy administration
· Manage an Enterprise-wide Software Deployment strategy using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
· Monitor a production Microsoft infrastructure environment to ensure the continued availability of the systems and services.
· Provide 3rd-level support to the Help Desk and Support teams via the resolution of escalated application, operating system, deployment, and hardware issues.
· Document installation and configuration procedures.
· Participate in multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· Knowledge of core Infrastructure services and functions (DNS, DHCP, LDAP, etc.).
· Experience with Virtualization configuration, support, deployment.
· Experience with various SW deployment methodologies.
· Proficient with system performance measuring and monitoring.
· Proficient with IIS, web customization, and Bitlocker encryption.
· Strong understanding of networking infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN) and protocols (TCP/IP, WINS).
· Experience in working with formal Patch Management and Change Control Systems.
· Experience with SQL Server Reporting.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
