Operations/Office Manager

Purpose: The person in this role is responsible for managing all aspects of the post-sale relations between 360Care and the contracted long-term care facilities.

Essential Job Functions:

· Manages communication with facility contact, territory marketers, and other management.

· Managing duties performed by the dental/ancillary coordinators assigned to the territories (i.e., planning and coordination of facility clinical visit schedules, etc.).

· Editing and distributing schedule created by the dental/ancillary coordinators.

· Responsible for managing direct reports.

· Responsible for territory logistics including supply ordering and inventory management.

· Submitting credentialing information to facilities for providers.

· A high level of personal productivity.

· A commitment to excellent customer service.

· Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.

· Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting suspected violations of law and Company policy.

· Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.

· To work remotely, it is expected you will have a reliable, nonpublic high-speed internet connection with sufficient bandwidth to participate in all work-related activities. Any interruptions in service should be immediately reported to your manager.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience

· Minimum of 2 years management experience required

· Electronic Medical Records experience required

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations and/or scheduling required

· Front or back office medical/dental experience required

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office required

· Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task

· Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Must be self-directed and able to meet deadlines.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
