SUMMARY
The Software Engineer provides cloud and identity support services to incidents and requests referred from the Fetch support team, and working with the cloud team to escalate issues as needed. A significant portion of this role involves writing scripts and code to help automate routine processes and troubleshoot existing automated processes. The Software Engineer must be familiar with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, scripting, and have a customer service orientation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Triage and resolve or escalate incoming support requests and incidents as referred by the Fetch support team.
- Provide timely and accurate cloud and identity support services at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 level.
- Create or update scripts and runbooks used to automate cloud or identity services.
- Update support documentation on the Fetch website to facilitate user self-service and Fetch agent first-call resolutions.
- Collaborate with the cloud team on new technologies or to update work/support processes, as needed.
- Cross-train with team members to expand knowledge and provide backup for critical skills on the cloud team.
· QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Practical experience supporting a large cloud environment, preferably in Microsoft Azure
- Development or coding experience and ability to learn new coding languages
- Strong customer service and communications skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven record of strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively with little direct oversight
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting a large Microsoft Azure environment
- Working familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
