NorthStar Hospitality is looking for a Front Office Manager at our Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Lancaster, OH location to serve as a direct supervisor to all Front Office personnel and ensure proper completion of all Front Office duties. Direct and coordinate the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas. Prepare reports and budget for the Front Office. Must have a flexible schedule to meet demands of high-volume times.

Trains, cross-trains, and retrains all Front Office personnel
Participates in the selection of all Front Office personnel
Schedules the Front Office staff
Supervises workload during shifts
Evaluates the job performance of each Front Office
Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments
Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously
Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Skills:
Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor, experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative task.
Experience with hotel reservations software.
Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
Customer service attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Performs other duties as assigned and needed.
