OFFICE MANAGER
Taylor Automotive Family is looking for an experienced Office Managerto join our admin team! The candidate we are looking for must have experience in general office procedures, accounting and reconciling procedures as well as a high degree of computer literacy.
Office Manager – Job Responsibilities
· Automotive accounting including reconciliation of schedules
· Overseeing day-to-day operations of the office, including managing paperwork, filing, and maintaining records
· Proficient in inputting deals accurately and efficiently
· Handling financial transactions, such as processing payments, managing invoices, and reconciling accounts
· Preparing weekly and monthly reports using Excel
· Managing and processing title documentation
· Communicate with supervisor and other department managers
· Supervise clerical personnel
· Assist GM and Controller to ensure accuracy of all financial information
· Provide additional management assistance to other departments as necessary
Office Manager - Requirements:
· Comfortable and experienced with reconciling accounts and schedules
· Detail oriented and able to work under general supervision
· Positive and courteous customer service
· Must be able to use Excel
· Demonstrated interpersonal skills
· Dealership experience is a PLUS!
· Experience using Reynolds & Reynolds is a PLUS!
- Applicant must possess background and knowledge to perform duties without extensive training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
