This is an administrative position to provide support for the business group and reports to the Senior Office Manager of the department.
Responsibilities*:
- Facilitate/assist with project set-up including specific owner contract compliance issues and sending out contracts via Adobe Sign.
- Create and process monthly progress billing for owners and subcontractors including Change Orders. Submit required billing documents to Owners.
- Review subcontractor insurance certifications to ensure compliance with contract requirements at start and throughout project.
- Manage all subcontractor payment release obtaining and reviewing of waivers and other required compliance documents.
- Track project DBE goals. Assist with obtaining and submitting completed CUF documentation.
- Maintain electronic filing of all documents per department standards.
- Other department duties as assigned

Associate degree and/or equivalent experience required. Construction administration experience preferred. Knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet(s) and basic accounting principles required. Good communication and organizational skills are necessary.
