Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the Law Firm.
- Manage office supplies inventory and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Coordinate with IT support and ensure optimal office equipment functionality.
- Lead a team of administrative staff, ensuring effective delegation and management of workload.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Assist in human resources tasks, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Liaise with the finance department for budgeting and expense control.
- Organize and coordinate office events and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with legal and safety policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Office Manager, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.
